Return and Refund Policy

At 15YRS, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every pair of shoes we make. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

✅ Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
✅ Shoes must be unworn outdoors, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

🚫 We do not accept returns on:

  • Shoes worn outdoors or showing visible signs of wear
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom or limited-edition shoes

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 30 days.
  • Exchanges are free for the first size change (within Canada).
  • If the desired size/colour is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or full refund (minus shipping if applicable).

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 21 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged pair, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

1️⃣ Email support@15yrs.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2️⃣ Our team will send you a return shipping label (Canada orders only).
3️⃣ Pack the shoes in their original box and ship them back to us.
4️⃣ Once received, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
